Together with the client we select the type of animals:
Angus, Hereford and Mestizo

We raise, feed and fatten our own cattle of 13,000 steers (Novillos)

The fatten process is carried out in our own feedlot.

In the feedlot the cattle is being fatten with a special mix, mainly corn, which is high in protein, to encourage growth of muscle mass and the distribution of some fat, known as marbling process

The aim of this fatten process is to provide the clients a special kind of final beef product according to its needs, controlling the level of intramuscular fat and controlling in advance the quality level of the beef
We have a strategic alliance with 3 groups of cattle producers who provide us with two types of steers: fatten in feedlots and fatten in grass feed facilities
We transport the steers to the slaughterhouse, not more than 4 hours between the raising and fatten facilities to the slaughterhouse
State of the Art industrial facilities, one located in La Pampa Province and the second located in Santa Fe Province.
